You Haven’t Healed It—You’re Just Marinating In It
For those of you out there claiming that the things people did to you or didn’t do for you don’t bother you anymore—yet EVERY time you’re around people, it’s the first thing you bring up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.—fucking NEWS FLASH: You have so NOT released it. In fact, you’re sitting so deep in it that you can’t see the shit for the storm it’s created!
Let’s be real—if you had truly healed it and let it go, it wouldn’t still be eating at you like a parasite feeding off your energy. It wouldn’t still be the headliner of your personal tragedy parade, making an appearance at every conversation like some desperate encore no one asked for.
Instead of playing this tired-ass record on repeat, how about you flip the damn script? Healing isn’t just about saying you’ve let go—it’s about actually doing the work to ensure that the past doesn’t own you anymore. If it still stirs up a storm in your energy, guess what? It’s still controlling you. And no, dumping it onto others under the guise of venting isn’t a release—it’s an energy leak, and everyone around you is sick of mopping up the mess.
It’s time for a new story, because the old one is worn out, and honestly? No one wants to hear it anymore.
