Words Matter: Stop Using Low-Vibrational Bullshit That Holds You Back

Let’s get one thing straight: words are energy. They shape perception, create reality, and dictate how people interact with you. So why the hell are people still using weak, overplayed, and downright low-vibrational words to define themselves and their work? Worse yet, why are they willingly matching their energy to terms designed to keep them small?

Take Game Changer for example. Life isn’t a goddamn game, so why in the fresh hell would anyone want to market themselves as someone who “changes the game”? What even is the game? Who made the rules? And why are you agreeing to play in the first place? Burn it.

And let’s talk about some of the other offenders, shall we?

  • Hustle – Ah yes, because glorifying overwork and burnout is exactly what we need more of.
  • Grind – If your success requires you to grind yourself into dust, maybe rethink your approach.
  • Boss Babe – Cringe. You’re a CEO, not a damn accessory.
  • Killing It – Are we really using death as a metric for success?
  • Level Up – You’re not a video game character. You’re a multidimensional being.
  • Manifesting – Without action, it’s just daydreaming with delusion.
  • Disruptor – Half of you using this word are just mildly inconveniencing people.
  • Unprecedented Times – Shut up. We’ve heard it enough.
  • Thought Leader – In most cases, a fancy way of saying, “I parrot what everyone else says, but louder.”

These words aren’t just tired; they actively shape the way you carry yourself. When you align with language that reeks of struggle, desperation, and performative success, you keep yourself trapped in the very cycle you claim to be breaking free from.

Here’s the deal: you don’t match energy. You set it. You don’t let words dictate your vibration; you use words that reflect your actual power. If people want to interact with you, they better rise to meet your frequency, not the other way around.

So stop using language that keeps you small, desperate, and running on a hamster wheel. You’re not here to “grind” your way to success or “hustle” for table scraps. You’re here to own your power, command respect, and exist in a space where the right people recognize your value without the need for flashy, low-vibe terminology.

Speak with intention. Speak with power. And for the love of all things holy, stop using words that keep you tethered to the bullshit you’re trying to escape.
