Shut Up and Move in Silence: Why Oversharing Is Blocking Your Own Blessings

Let’s talk about it—why does humanity have such a damn hard time grasping the power of moving in silence? Why are y’all out here broadcasting every microscopic detail of your life? Posting 200 pictures a day, documenting every meal, every purchase, every “thinking about getting a nose ring” moment like it’s breaking news. Crowdsourcing life decisions from people who don’t even have their own sh*t together. And then—THEN—you wonder why nothing works out for you.

Oh, and let’s not forget the biggest one: asking for prayers.

Sir? Madam? Are you out of your mind? You might think you know the people sending those prayers, but do you really? Because some of them aren’t sending what you think they are. You’re out here publicly announcing your desires, practically handing over your energy on a silver platter for anyone to misdirect, taint, or straight-up block. You’re trusting that every “praying for you” comes with good intent—when in reality, some of those people are silently hoping you fail.

And let’s be real: if your own prayers aren’t enough to get that door open, maybe—just maybe—that door wasn’t meant for you in the first place.

Stop handing your power away. Stop running your mouth to people who don’t deserve access to your energy. Move in silence. Let them wonder. Let them assume. And most importantly, let your results do the talking.
